2 sessions a month, during 6 months, in which we work one on one to coach, motivate and inspire you and help you get the results you crave and deserve. From changing eating habits for you and your family, curbing sugar cravings, achieving weight loss, to preparing your body and mind for a pregnancy or a special event, this program is a complete life change and savior.
